Welcome. Getting started
Hi and a very warm welcome to Calibrae!
You are probably reading this because you have been (or are soon to be) enrolled on a training course hosted on the Calibrae LMS. In this short help guide we'll get you started with all you need to know to get the best out of your course, including:
- Your welcome email
- Setting your password
- Accessing the course
- How to return for your next study
Your welcome email
Immediately after being enrolled on a Calibrae hosted course you'll automatically be sent a course welcome email. Your course provider will have authored their own welcome message, and it will have its own look & feel and branding, but it should look something like this.
Note the link to set your password.
Setting your password
Your first task is to create a password.
- Click the set password link in your email.
- From the 'Update your password' page enter your chosen password.
- Save
That done, you'll be taken directly to Your content page, where you'll see a list of all courses on which you are enrolled.
Its from the Your content page that you'll access your courses.
Over time you maybe enrolled on multiple courses. Each course will be displayed in the Your content page.
Accessing the course
To enter the course, simply click the course you would like to study.
You'll be taken to the course dashboard, where you'll see a course welcome message and, perhaps after scrolling down, a button to get started with the first learning activity.
Returning for your next study
On returning for your next study session, you'll need the URL of your training provider's portal and your password. You may wish to save the URL from your welcome email in your bookmarks.
