Enrolling users on courses

To enrol existing users on a course, go to the Course Catalog tab, from where you'll see a list of all courses made available to you by your training provider.

Choose the course you would like to enrol your users on and select License Users. A description of the course will be shown, along with one or more license plans for the course.

Some plans may be free. Others may require payment. Enrolling users with a paid-plan will require payment with a credit card. The example above has just one license plan that requires no payment.

Having chosen a suitable plan, select the users from your account that you would like to enrol, then click Enrol.

Selected users will be enrolled on the course. They will also automatically be sent Welcome emails that include details on how to set their password and access the course.
