Once scheduled, administrators can manage instructor-led classes. They can view and manage enrolled users, ammend class details, view and manage instructors.
In this article we'll walk through the class admin tools.
To veiw all scheduled classes for a given course, go to the course admin page and select the Classes tab. All scheduled classes for this course are listed, showing the status of the class, the assigned instructors and the number of enrolled users.

The Users pane lists all user currently enrolled on the class. It also provides tools for managing users and the cohort.
If published as self-enrollable, learners can discover and self-enrol in this class from your course catalogue page. However, as administrator, you also have the option to manually enrol learners on their behalf - useful perhaps, when key customer accounts ask you to manage the whole process of teaching their learners including enrolling them, or if an individual wishes to be pay be invoice rather than credit card.
Adding and enrolling a new user not in an existing account

The user will be added to the system and immediately enrolled in the class, triggering a Welcome email notification with details and calendar invite for the class. A new account will be created for the user, with the new user as the designated account administrator.

In case it is helpful, the user pane contains a tool to resend booking notifications to all enrolled users.
Individual users can be removed from a class with the Remove option under the user's Actions button.
It might be useful to emal all enrolled users - perhaps to inform them of a location change. Click Email users to open the email pane, craft your message and click Send Email.
The list of users can also be exported as a CSV file.
A sign-in sheet can be generated through the Create Sign-in Sheet button - particualrly useful for in-person sessions.
Typically course certificates are only awarded once the learner has completed all of the course activities. In an instructor-led session, it may be desirable to award certificates to learners regardless of whether or not they have completed all of the activities.
Clicking the Award certificate to non-certified users button awards the certificate to all learners enrolled on this class. Learners are then able to access and download their cerficate from the My Certificates option in the user menu.
Although the course materials are common accross all class deliveries of this course, instructors can use the Class Resources pane to upload specific resources that are available only to the cohort of learners in this course.
To add a resource for this class, go to the Class Resources pane and Add Resource. Either upload a file resource, or add a URL for resource on the web.
Learners can then access these resources from their cohort's virtual classroom home page.
